For over 40 years, NNI has performed maintenance and repair of pumps, valves, actuators, manifolds, hydraulic components, turbines, diesels and other plant equipment. Our trained technicians can service your equipment on-site or in our shop facility. We offer turn-key service including planning, project management, removal and reinstallation, reverse engineering, inspection, testing, weld repair, machining and repair parts. and machining; valve repack/live load packing; weld repair and buildup;
routine preventative maintenance; diagnostic testing of AOV's, MOV's, and
check valves; rebuilding/replacement of actuators, and replacement of seats,
seals and diaphragms. We maintain a VR stamp for repair of
safety/relief valves and have shop testing capability of 1500 psi for steam,
liquid and pneumatic valves. We also perform field testing of
safety/relief valves using our auxiliary lift assistance device.
Another
specialty is Boiler Water Circulating (BWC) Pump repair and maintenance.
NNI concentrates on "Canned" and "Wet Wound" pumps providing complete repair
services for all major BWC Pump types and manufacturers. NNI can also
manufacture complete replacement pumps. Our in-shop and on-site pump
repair is available for planned and/or emergency repairs. We maintain
an extensive inventory of precision replacement parts and provide the
quickest turnaround in the industry.
